Prepaid customers being spammed

Why is it that Cell C believes that they can send me sms offers nearly daily over December with no opt-out ?<br> Most frustrating to receive special offers from them without having asked for it ...... My cell phone is not your ADVERTISING SPACE !!<br> Leave me alone and empower me to make my own decisions without being forced into wading through your suggestions daily !!!!!<br> Surely this is not according to the consumer protection act and since I am not on a contract Cell C<br> Seems to think they can just spam their pre paid customers like this - it's time you change your attitude <br> Kobus ***
