Prepaid contract cancellation Cell C
My prepaid contract at Cell C should have stop on 20 January 2024. Unfortunately because I was at the West Coast, see previous comment, on hello peter, I could not stop the contract on 20 Dec 2023 because there are no Cell C shops available anymore on the West Coast. Now my contract can only be cancelled 20 Febr 2024. Not my fault that there are no more Cell C shops at the West Coast so why do I have to pay for a month longer on this contract
