PREMOTION DISASTER WITH CELLC
Hi, I recently app**** for the Cell C Fibre deal were i pay 19 for the first to month, I received my invoice one for R84 rand and then other one for R680 rand i spoke to the agent and she advise me they charged me R19 rand for 4 days as my fibre was only activated on the 27 of July and then R19 for august now for me that's a ******* i did not get the deal i wanted who can i pay for a full month if its was only installed and activated the last week of the month Mean if i app**** in Jul and it was installed in Jul then the R19 deal is for Aug and Sept with the prorata amount not a prorata amount plus the R19 deal for aug only. as the deal stated R19 per month for two calenderer months
