Premium rates SMS ~ Billing without providing service ~ Shame on you!
R2.00 PREMIUM RATED SMS TO 34246 is being billed at R20.00 AND you are not providing a service.
I REPORTED THIS PROBLEM TO YOU LAST YEAR AND YOU HAVE DONE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ~ ZIP! Intergate say, today, 2018/02/11, that it will take you 10 days to respond and in the mean time you are still deducting R20.00 per sms to this number without providing the service. Shame on you!

Excuse me, when you take R20 off my account and do not deliver the message to the third party service provider then YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE to solve the problem.

Now go and find your SLA with Intarget and then call me back when you hnow what is cutting.
