PP Cell C

This is beyond ridiculous. My daughter flew into London yesterday morning at 06h00 expecting the roaming we had activated before she left would work. By 15h00 when she flew out to Cyprus it still was not working. She arrived in Cyprus last night and this morning it still was not working -- We tried resets and all. Now I phone cell C to find out what they can do and they keep telling met that because I am not the customer they cannot help me and the best part is --THE CUSTOMER MUST PHONE THEM !!!! HOW DO YOU DO THAT IF THE ****** NETWORK DOES NOT WORK??? So glad I am with MTN -- It works all around the globe !!!!
