POVERTY STRICKEN CUSTOMER UNABLE TO PAY BILL DUE TO UNEMPLOYMENT

I am currently unemployed, as conveyed to cell c on numerous occasion. I pay my arranged monies as and when I receive charity from family and friends. I even sent through my UI-19 notification to cell c's collection department.

I have also notified Vodacom of such but they kindly converted my CONTRACT to prepaid and stopped my billing (Yes, it is a Vodacom contract of 2 years but Vodacom are up with technology)

cell c is billing me and I cannot afford to pay up as it is just a major bill. from R2516.07 it is now in the R3000's! I cannot pay this bill.

Why can't cell c stop billing me like Vodacom? My cell c line has been disconnected for the past 3 months, so why are you billing me when you know that I am unemployed! Try to understand the plight of the unemployed, beyond my control if I was made redundant.

I only received R500 last month of September, hence I could not keep up with my payment arrangement of R200 with cell c. i received a call from cell c collections today, 5 calls to be exact as I did not keep up with my payment arrangements...I bought R200 chronic meds, R200 groceries and R100 for emergency meds = R500 received from family and friends.

I have also been evicted from my home so cell c, understand my situation. Of course, I will not get a job now as I have a bad credit listing with cell c listing me on the credit bureau.

Can you disconnect that line forever and write it off as bad debt please? Just my suggestion as I am living in poverty now.
