Possibly the worst Cellphone provider

Possibly the worst Cellphone company to deal with. From customer service to the products on offer everything is a ****! After almost 15 years of being a customer with Cell C I am ready to start a new relationship with another service provider. I called in, logged several complaints where I specifically asked for my contracts to be cancelled. I was advised that the one contract runs until 23rd February and the other sometime in October 2023. I advised in writing that I would like to cancel the one due for an upgrade in February and I would contact them later in the year for the second one due in October. To my surprise my contract that ended on 23rd February is now on a month to month contract, conveniently there is no record on the system of my intent to cancel both my contracts now i have to wait another 30 days. Thank you Cell C for nothing. Please do better with your long standing customers
