Possible ***** and no one can help

OTP number:######. Your Cell C contract is almost approved. Please call 084 151, option 1, if you did not apply. Cell C

I got the above SMS and I call the 084 151 number as I did not apply for a new contract or renewal. I have been transfered at least 6 times to different people who cannot help me. One person even advised me to wait until I get a phone delivered!! What is the point of the above SMS is no one can advise or assist with a possible ***** case? I have called twice and been transfered so many times, it seems no one can help.

I expect a call and feedback today, and i will not renew my contract with Cell C if this sort of sloppy service continues.

I figured out what was going on long before anyone from Cell C could figure it out. I have also had Cell C staff put the phone down in my ear. Not a good experiance and I will likely be porting my number over to a differant SP. I have complained about numerous issues relating to Cell C and it seems that the service from Cell C is now secondary to Cell C running debit orders.
