Porting to Vodacom

I ported my Cell number to Vodacom, requesting to keep my cell c number. The request was approved as I received a confirmation SMS. However, after three weeks my Cell C sim card is still active, and the Vodacom one is still not active. The number was on pre-paid service, so I have no idea why it is taking so long. <br> <br> I have been to Vodacom and they reckoned that Cell C is the problem. I would appreciate some assistance.
