Porting to CELL C

On Friday 13 October 2017 I went in to cell c Westwood to port my number. The lady helped me and I received a otp and filled out a form then got a notification saying it would be processed. She told me it would be done in 4 hours. On Saturday after waiting 29 hours it still wasn't done and I called customer care to query. They said it will take 24 hours and I must relax it would get done . I told her that it's been more than 24 hours and she said it will get done and I should just wait. Well it's been 5 days now and still not ported. Is this the kind of service I should expect from inception from your network? I would like this sorted out immediately.
