Porting the number fromMTN to Cell C

On the 25 of Jan I visited Cell C in golden acre to port my number from MTN ***) to Cell C, until today I haven't receive any feedback from Cell C. I went to to store again on the 29th Jan they told me that the system is still busy with my request but until to date haven't receive any response from them and I am unhappy with their service, because I bought an airtime bt I cant use it because im still on MTN.
