Porting Problems for 15 Days

<p>I recently received a new contract phone from Cell C telecomunications provider, My contract stated that my previous number should be on the new sim as soon as I receive the new phone, it has now been 15 Days non stop calling to fix this problem. I started off with Gordon in the porting department on day 3 who promised me the problem is sorted and my number will be working within 24 hours, next day still the same problem where I then spoke to Bongani which stated that they need to do the whole process over as it was done wrong, waited another 24 hours but still no number, day 5 I spoke to one of the Management team members, Taggson, Who assured me the port has been done and he will contact me the same afternoon with feedback, Needless to say no feedback was given, day 6 I spoke to Xolile to sort out the problem, who i signed the contact with and Management assured me again that the problem will be sorted, but still no feedback. Day 9,10,11 I worked with Mbali who also promised me that she will call, The porting department supervisor, but never called to follow up and with no surprise it is now day 15 and still no number was ported or the problem fixed, Cell C has got a lot of excuses but no one is able to sort out the problem. I would just like for them to come and pick-up their phone and Sim and I will use a different network which can actually sort out problems.</p>
