porting issues and useless response

This is my second complaint about this. I have been very patient and have given cell c a great deal of time to sort this out. I have been trying to port my number for a month or so. Today I called to check on the progress and was told that someone decided to cancel the port and move the number back to MTN! I was not involved in this decision and I am highly disgusted and frustrated that they would do this to me! I have lost a lot of business over the past week due to their incompetence! Even the last responder to my complaint here did not do what was promised! I have made a complaint with ICASA and am still waiting for another empty promise to fail. 'it will be done in the next 24 hours!'... please... I have heard this same lie for the last month...
