Porting from Cell C to Vodacom

In August 2015 I sent an sms Portme and the Vodacom Simply card number to the specified number. I got an sms confirming the request.<br> <br> Nothing happened for a few months until December. I contacted Vodacom and they stated that Cell C has still not processed the port request and they can not do anything until the request has been processed for them to RICA a Vodacom Sim Card. <br> <br> Can someone from Cell C please cancel the port request so that I can do a new request from a Vodacom shop?
