Ported out for querying incorrect charges
On 12 April 2018 around 04:00 am, I called Cell C customer care to query my airtime being used instead of the whatsapp bundle I had purchased for my ********** 887 number. The lady I spoke with confirmed that a fault was logged to resolve my issue but to my surprise, later on that day my services were no longer active because they instead ported out my ********** 887 number without my approval, knowledge nor concern, that information I had attained after I had called and was advised that there is nothing they(cell c customer service) can do to help me and that "I" have to find out to which provider was my number ported out to(Not by my own doing), I then asked to speak to a teamleader who also confirmed that statement but ended up logging another fault in attempt to get my number back. I managed to find out that my number was ported to MTN then contacted Cell C again and advised of "My" findings, bare in mind that during that period I don't have service which I have been paying for, I later on tried to forward my query through Cell C Facebook portal sending them a message on their inbox and all they could say was "Hi Nkululeko you need to contact the SP that the number was ported to, no remorse what so ever till this point. no one has ever, I mean not even once take ownership or be remorseful with regards to this inconvenience. Please bare in mind that I use that number for business, work and personal and have been without contact since then. I really need my number back.
