Ported my number without my permission

i had ported my number to cell c years ago, and ported back to MTN about 3-4 months ago.<br> I had no problems until this morning. <br> MTN says cellc ported my number to them. but i never requested this or gave permission for it. <br> <br> i want the documents to show i requested this, this is *****!<br> <br> i want to go back to mtn.
