PORTED IN JANUARY AND ACCOUNT IS STILL DEBITED

I have opened up a new contract at MTN and ported over to their network in January. I had to pay an amount of 545.26 on the 11th of January to pay up my contract, and last night i see an amount has come off my bank account for Cell C. Phoned the accounts department, they said I should speak to the cancellation department. Cancellation dept. told me that my number has been ported, they are transferring me back to the accounts department and after a couple minutes of hold I received an telephonic survey which i should rate a 0-5. I then gave a 0 and my line was cut off. <br> <br> Please contact me regarding the cancellation and reversal of debit order as I do not understand 2 months later Cell C all of a sudden deducts money from my account.<br> <br>
