PORT WONT GO THROUGH

<p>Good Day</p> <p> </p> <p>i have tried to port my MTN number on 5 occasions, i even went in store 3 time for someone to help me but for some reason the sms that i need to reply 1 to doesnt get sent to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>please help me with this as i want to port to cell c and get away from MTN</p>
