POPI Act violated???

I wrote on Hello Peter about a week ago after struggling with getting assistance from cell c after almost 7 months. Today I receive a call hoping my query has been resolved but nah??♂️. They sent me a letter with wrong ID numbers and wrong names. I am now wondering if my information with cell c is safe and if they adhere to the POPIA but nah kana my contract was upgraded without my concern?. My personal information is not safe oh by the way am still struggling to get my paid up letter?. Cell C am trying to build my credit score please am now pleading with you as a big company PLEASE PROVIDE ME WITH MY PROOF OF CANCELLATION I NEED TO UPDATE MY BUREAU??????. Now i got details of an innocent person but gladly I am a good citizen I have just deleted the emails but please assist me.
