Popi act non-compliance

I would like to know how long it takes to get feedback for a complaint submitted for a contract renewal I did not consent to. Documentation has been sent to your ***** department on the 19th of August already. How long does it take to investigate a POPI non-compliance complaint.... renewing my cell c contract without my consent? Please advise
