Poort Service. Awfull Admin, Terrible customer service!!!!

Would not recommend Cell c to anyone!!!!! Poor customer service, CELL C thinks that it is acceptable to put debit orders trough on your account for UNAUTHORISED amounts. I have been struggling for 3 months to get this sorted out!!! no one communicates with me or gives me feedback. They keep using the excuse of "THE BACK OFFICE IS WAITING FOR RECORDINGS". My querrie has been logged at the end of April 2024 we are in July 2024 and I am still struggling to get this matter sorted out. They keep on taking debit orders from my account but they are not sorting out the matter of THEM OWING ME MONEY FOR DEBIT ORDERS THAT WAS MISTAKENLY TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
