Poorly trained call centre agent

Good Day Today I had a nasty encounter with a rude, moody, condescending call center agent by the name Thobekile Cele. Throughout our call, she demonstrated unprofessional behavior, which was uncalled for and totally unnecessary, I do understand the part where I could not go past the security check as my app was not working but everything else was 0 out of 10. Eventually, eventually I called again and got assisted by a very kind gentleman who resolved my query.
