We have tried to get our wifi to work for days actually more than a week.
Please can you cancel this account and service with IMMEDIATE effect as I have been trying countlessly to to rectify YOUR SERVICES that's been not working and either they cut us off or it is not working.
This is truly the POOREST service I have ever experienced.
