Poorest service on earth.

After my 1st review, cell c has promised to get back to me with regards to my blocked phone after the initial request to unblock my phone was sent in December now it's march and am still using a blocked device.. Never i again will i ever use their service nor refer or recommend anyone to use cell c. Thier service is poor, it's the most poorest I've came across.. Gravely annoyed and disappointed..
