Poorest service ever on upgrade

On the 2 August 2019 I was at the Kuruman branch to upgrade my business contract on 2 phones. It was a Fantastic friday deal. The person that helped me said I will have to wait a week for delivery. After a week they said they still waiting for courier. After that they said that their is no stock. After calling them several times the story changed to their account was block but they will sort it out. I had to call service centre to sort out and still nothing has been sorted out. The salesperson did not do their work. No they want to give me cheaper phones. I did not upgrade to cheaper phones that fantastic friday. 2 August 2019 the fantastic friday deal was for the Iphone XS 64gb @ R849. This is the poorest service ever. All of the Cell C staff put you from the one person to the other person. Cell C is the poorest service provider whenit comes to upgrades. But is you miss a payment they are easy to black list you
