poorest service ever

after the cell c shop closed in worcester my phone broke after 2 months i struggled to get cell c to get a courier out to me in november 2015 then when the phone came back it was still broke then in mid december it went back to cell c since then ive spent hundreds of hours and emails and time on the phone to get a device out of them .....everyone promises to call back i feel like stopping my debit order and going to vodacom ,,,,,i also felt the need to pul a statement from december 2015 showing how many times i had to phone cell c and how much time ive wasted this is absalutely pathetic!!!
