2 nd time I do business with Cell C and and NEVER will I put myself in the situation again!! Try getting through to someone who can explain why additional amounts are taken off my account which is more than the contract. After a fourth attempt I got through to Zola who explained it is insurance which was taken out. Yes, there was insurance but was cancelled on 7 May already and when she puts me through to insurance department all I got was "the number you have dialed does not exist" - Please, if anyone contemplate doing business with Cell C, think twice !
