Poorerst Service Ever!

<p>Cell C has the most terrible service ever. I have enquired with 3 different people regarding my contract - Que, Lionel and Phumzile from customer care - insufficient feedback. Went to the Sandton branch were I took out my contract - still awaiting feedback from them. I was told no extra fees will be added to my account - wrong information. Very quick to remind me of my payment due, but not sufficient in sorting out my query. I am cancelling my account with them and I will not be paying any cancellation fees.</p>
