Poor versus GOOD service

Poor : I wanted to upgrade my Cell C data contract in line with current data deals and visited Cell C Secunda. They did not have the deal, nor the device and suggested a more expensive alternative. I walked across to Game and found they had a similar Cell C deal to the one I wanted. I went back to Cell C Secunda (30 metres away) with a paper copy of the Game deal to give them another try and they just shrugged their shoulders -reckoning that is another shop.<br> <br> Good experience : When I got home I called Cell C Direct who promptly assisted me and within 15 minutes the deal was done, the device due to be delivered next week. Friends suggested I follow this route in the first place as they have also had excellent service from Cell C Direct (084 145) <br> <br> Question: Why does Secunda have a Cell C branch if they do not support Cell C deals?
