Poor upgrade service

I upgraded my phone and i updated my contact number but when they sent the invoice they still have the number i used more than 10 years ago. I keep calling cellc but they keep cutting the calls on the follow up department. In the morning i was told the phone is out on delivery but iv never received any communication i guess the courier is calling the old number... Can someone call me on the *** i gave the lady who upgraded my phone
