Poor Turnaround Time and Pathetic Service
I have sent an email to your legal department and I still haven’t received a response or assistance with my query. I have requested a paid up letter for a contract that has ended with you in 2019.
I would like a paid up letter emailed to me as well as update my details on the credit bureau as paid off and closed.
STOP DEBITING MY BANK ACCOUNT!
