Poor technical service and no pride in workmanship

Good day, on the 26 August 2015 I upgraded a contract line the sales consultant was very helpful and ran from pillar to post and got everything done for me.. but to get to the point I had the handset (Samsung j1) used it in the 7days OBF period and experienced fault as the unit would exit out of applications and not allow the keyboard to work at times,I then returned the unit and booked it in on the 7th day for a OBF and they advised me the handset will be away for 7 to 14 working days I then went to check on the unit after 7days and there was a customer booking in the same handset same colour also doing the same while working with it.Then a week later I get a call to say that my OBF was rejected I returned to the store finding the store manager and bringing this whole issue to his attention and I noticed that with receiving my phone it was tacky and dirty like the technician whom was working on my handset was eating at the same time and has no pride in his/her work and the handset is still with cell c till today as they have resent it away and want to repair then its not a OBF but I have not removed unit from them yet so I will no take the same unit back.
