Poor support for Business Clients

I contact Cell C Business for support on a few of my business lines. The agent who took my call lacked inherent product knowledge to assist me and persistently did not listen to my questions. The overall quality of support from Cell C Business is sub standard.

The agent refused to give me the email address of her line manager? Is Cell C Management hiding from their customers? The agent stated that they are not allowed to give management email addresses to its customers.

I was verified via a verification process that I am indeed a business client therefore I fail to understand why Cell C Business cannot issue the Cell C Business Call Center Managers email address to a verified business client???
