Poor Strategic Plan
They called me couple of months back and running a promotion for 20Gig data on a ZTE wi-fi. I took and was told it's a 24 x Months contract which i will be paying R200 p/m. I agreed to it and it was delivered. 1st month they deducted R395 and i queried, was told i over spend which i instructed them to limit it to R200 as per contract. 2nd month which was October 2017 they again deducted R395 and i was gatvol, run to the bank and make a reversal. I want them to come and collect their router or block it. 2 months poor service
