Poor, slow services with no feedback!

Still battling to upgrade 2-3 months after upgrade possible due to Cell C poor slow service!!!. After some success I've been put back into the \we'll contact you"routine where no one calls you back!!!! Something so simple like an upgrade just cannot seem to be solved! Although I must admit when they were ready to proceed I didn't know what would be beneficial from a financial perspective - but they are supposed to provide me with a service and assist me. Now another month has passed and I pay for another month without upgrading and lose again! I wish there was a better provider but I hear these issues are common across all network service providers!!!"""
