Poor signal putting lives at risk

Cell C - this is the second time I am making a public statement on Hellopeter, and have also spoken telephonically to a number of people from various departments at Cell C, over the past few months. The issue is lack of signal and dropped calls, constantly, regardless of my location. As I have mentioned previously - I am an ENT/head and neck surgeon and it is vital that the hospital is able to contact me when I am on duty after hours. However, as a result of my poor signal with Cell C, the hospital is OFTEN unable to get through to my phone, and if by some miracle, they do manage to reach me, the conversation usually goes like this \Hello, can you hear me? Can you hear me now? Now?\" Until someone hangs up. I am bringing this to your attention once again, because one day, a patient WILL die because of this, and when that happens and the hospital points a finger at me, I will in turn, point a finger at Cell C. It is only a matter of time. And considering that I pay R1500 a month, on my unlimited contract with Cell C, if this is a problem that cannot be fixed, perhaps Cell C could subsidize a contract with a more reliable network. Lives are at stake and the clock is ticking. "
