Poor signal and service from cell c

I have been sending message after message on Facebook to cell c with empty promises of escalating the matter they call me to only inform me that someone will be contacting me soon. <br> <br> I have a cell c contract and the network is really bad most days my messages take up to 2 hours to come through, I bought this phone for business and all it has done has cost me business.<br> <br> They advertise that Facebook is free, I have proven time after time that it is not free and they say there computer shows that it's not charging me so it's not charging me and that's the end.<br> <br> I have informed cell c ill pay for the Tec guy to come to EL ill pay for his flight, accommodation, food and days salary if I am wrong and it's not charging me and if I'm right they must refund my money and cancel the contract but they don't reply to that.<br> I leave my phone data on all night next morning my data is still the same, go onto FB go through feeds without opening any photos and so forth and my data goes like a starved dog on steroids. Cell c fix this or cancel my contract please it's been a month or I will cancel the debit order on my account! <br> <br> Ref number: *** and ***<br>
