Poor signal after lying sales consultant

ood day Cell C Data Contract due for Upgrade Consultant phones me to upgrade I tell her what I require, suggest a LTE data Contract that includes a modem I ask, but will it work in my area as it does not show LTE coverage in my area she asks adress detail and check and indicates but I do have coverage , I asked again but if no LTE will it still work on other bands like 3G Consultants says YES, even double checks with her supervisor well I agreed and upgraded, delivered super fast and all switch on... No LTE coverage, and does not work on 3G or any coverage Logged with Cell c, they were quick to assist to migrate to other package, but at 4 times the premium with 4 times less data till today 3 months later,not resolved!
