Poor Sevice Cell C Fibre

Good Day I Have been a Cell C Fibre customer for about 3 to 4 years so I always paid R949 this month I paid R1254 for no good reason apparently, I have an extra sim card on the fibre contract witch no one can explain to me, and I also did not receive the sim card. (Don't even know the number ***) I Have been on the phone for more than an hour with no luck can a manager contact me urgently and help me to resolve this problem otherwise I will have to cancel the contract the service is horrible they send me from this place to the next and no one helps you. You must just repeat yourself over and over.
