POOR SERVICES RENDERED

Cell C network has been so poor, I am unable to make or receive calls as the server will always state my phone is off, whereas my phone is on and operating. I've been calling the call center seeking for help, employees are so rude, unfriendly and unprofessional, I can sit on the line seeking help for 30 minutes just for a consultant to cut my call, transfer me to irrelevant departments provide me with useless information and I'm sitting with this contract with Cell C, I think its really unfair that an individual has to make sure payment is made and kept to contract conditions whereas the provider doesn't care less as its just more income generated for the company, the service is poor and I am utterly disappointed.
