Poor services from a sales consultant @ Cell C from Vaal mall!!
Dear,
I would like to view my complaint about the poor service I've received from a consultant @ Vaal mall Cell C. It's not my intention to name this lady(Daizy) but her work ethics is sorry to say but PERTHATIC I am truely saddened about her behaviour within the work place.
I was there to be assisted with the router cause it was completely not working, this Daizy lady's attitude was horrible! I have my router thank you. SALES CONSULTANT IS RUDE AND NOT PROFESSIONAL WITH HER WORK, AM DISAPPOINTED AND HURT!!

It is disappointing to learn that the store representative did not conduct herself in a professional manner and did not offer the service as expected.
This will be addressed with the store manager to have this kind of behavior rectified. Sincere apologies for the unsatisfactory service and inconvenience caused.
