POOR SERVICES AND MISPRESENTATION
On 12 August 2022 I received an email from cell c claiming that my negative listing has been resolved and an ITC update submitted successfully with reference CC***. Today the 08/092022 I called SAFPS and spoke to Nontombi Nhlapo who assured me that cell c has not uploaded anything, as such I do not have a clearance certificate which makes it hard for me to get credit.

08 Sept 2022, 15:41i have now just called *** as advised by SAFPS, this gentleman from cell c just made me understand why they is so much poor service with the company. he is happy to speak alone and not listen to what i had to say.
