Let this be a warning to anybody even considering using these useless people

Team leaders are always asleep .Agents sounds so dead on each call .Call Vodacom and feel the welcome from them

I have been a customer with them for 7 years i have 3rd part Aurth on the account but every single time i call in they need the account holder for what ??????????

If i need something I am told my husband is needed why can i not access my own that i am paying for.So its fine to pay and take my money but not help me.After doing third party authorization telephonic ally. Don't you guys have call recording or keep records.VERY DISAPPOINTING. If i do not get a call i will make sure i cut all ties with you guys and port to telkom
