Poor Services

<p>Hi, as I can see you are refusing to attend to this problem, I will secalate this matter to the National Consumer Commisioner to investigate,</p> <p> </p> <p>No Feedback/No Assistance</p> <p>Hi; THE 02/03/2017 ONE OF YOUR CONSULTANTS PHONED ME; I APP**** FOR A HP LAPTOP AND IT WAS APPROVED. I WAS TOLD THAT IT WILL COME WITH A ROUTER AND I will get 4GB PER MONTH. The laptop was delivered on the 03/03/2017 with no router; why do I get told one thing and something else gets done; I expect to get what I was promised and what I'm going to pay for and agreed on; one of your consultants by the name of Nelly; not sure of her name listened to the voice recordings and pjoned me back informing me that the recording stated that the laptop comes with a router and it will be delivered to me; the same day around 17:00 the consultant who phoned me the first time when I app**** for laptop informed me if I want the router it will be more expensive; cell c listened to the recording; if the consultant failed in doing her duties am I the one who is supposed to be penalized for it; if cell c doesn't correct what they have wronged then they can collect their laptop and people will know how you treat your customers; also I've communicated the above via Facebook(Cell C) and I was informed that cell c will be in touch; I'm still waiting.</p> <p><br />Mar 8, 2017<br />2 days ago<br />Official business reply:<br />You have come through to the correct platform for assistance.</p> <p>We will follow up on this matter with Nelly and feedback will be provided.
