poor services

i am not a happy customer and I'm so disappointed beginning of April i called to cancel my contract they said i must call and of April ,end of April i called to cancel again a lady who was assist she said can not cancel they is an error she is going to escalate it I send an email to customer care I asked them to fix the problem but it was not resolved 25 may 2023 they debited more money and my contract ended on the 15 of may ,26 may 2023 i called again to check if my contract was cancelled only to found out that its was not cancelled so now they will cancel it on the 26 of June and they going debit again, this is so frustrating i don't think you care about your customers i regret taking contract with cell c
