Poor Service with Debit Note

This is my second time raising the same issue with Cell C. They say they refunded me I sent them all my statements and the amount is not on my bank statement!!!!

I have been dealing with Cell C since February trying to resolve the issue of a TV contract. It stopped working and rhe People at the grove branch advised i get in touch with Skyworth who then confirmed it couldnt be repaired and they credited cell c (i have proof). I then asked cell C to give me another TV or to refund me and they said they would refund me. They credited me with 7.5k and then debited 5 to 6k which i do not understand!!!!!!! I did not cancel they were unable to fufill their performance obligation. To this day i am searching for answers. Their service is just bad, would not recommend them to anyone.

I asked for my recordings for calls and to this day i still dont have feedback.
