Poor service unfair listing

My name is Phosodi Pule, I've had the worst experience ever with Cell c, I had a 36 month contact which came to an end in March 2026. I contacted Cell c on the 28 April 2026 to cancel. I requested a cancelation letter which was not sent to me. (Reference number - ***03 9726 Agent name Dimakatso). I called again to verify cancelation and was told it was successfully canceled. A collection amount was deducted from my account on the 01 of May 2026 since it fell within the 30 day cancelation period. To my surprise a debit order attempt on the 01 of June occurred. I contacted Cell c on the 02/06/2026 to be met with a very rude agent by the name of Thembisile Hlophe who refused to hear me out and insisted that my account was handed over after 37 months of payments without default. She refused to transfer the call to her team leader (Noku Nene) according to her. She ended the call. I called again and spoke to Shaka who admitted to have no sight of the contract as it was supposedly paid up by his admission. When I requested for a paid up letter I was sent from pillar to post. I am still waiting for written confirmation of cancelation as I've never defaulted on my account. This experience has me regretting ever signing up with Cell c, I will no longer renew my subscription with Cell c based on this horrible service. Cell number ***.
