Poor service, Suppercharged and disconected.

I was transferred soo many times from department to department no one know who can help. I have been over billed and they don't want to send me the copy of my initial contract. I am not willing to pay more than what was initially agreed on, and now they have locked my line. I am frustrated. Cell C service is Bull**** and they supercharge. I will never use Cell C again.
