POOR SERVICE-SERVICE NOT DELIVERED

I had given my fone in for repairs ,because it not charging and it doesnt ring ,It was taken in by Cell C Westage than went to Midrand for repairs ,2week later got a sms to came fetch the fone as if it was fixed,only to find out nothing was done to fone and was not informed,my fone has a warranty and was not fixed.what irritates me is the fact that the fone is taken for 2 weeks and when i do fetch it i was not informed that it was not fixed.Please advice why it was not fixed,the lady that took it in didnt even write what was wrong with the phone.I WANT THE FONE TO BE FIXED AS IT HAS A WARRANTY .want to be called and have this blooody non
