Poor service rendered by cell c direct

Good evening i received a new cell phone contract last month only to find out that the features of the one are not the same as the once I was told about telephonically, so I booked the phone for collection so that I can cancel the contract since the 17,may 2018 I have been waiting for them to come and collect their phone but they haven't came even today I keep on calling everyday they keep on telling me that ram people can't gt hold of me bt they wil make sure that they come but they don't and I did not receive any call from ram people and cell c is busy debiting my account for the phone that I don't want, I spoke to thabo yesterday he said he wil make sure that the phone gets collected bt still even now they haven't came and I have updated my numbers several times but still dey keep on calling me on wrong nmbrs as they say can ingot help so that I can cancel the contract nd get mi money back.
